- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook chicken breasts in boiling water until tender, then shred or dice.
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add shredded chicken, lemon juice, capers, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes to meld flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Adjust lemon and caper quantities to taste. For a creamier texture, stir in a splash of heavy cream or Greek yogurt just before serving.
