- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Season chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper, then cook until fully cooked and golden.
- Slice chicken into strips.
- Lay tortillas flat, distribute chicken, cheese, and parsley on each.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly.
- Place wraps on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts and tortillas are crispy.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cumin or chili flakes. Serve with a side salad or dipping sauce.
