- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, alternating with buttermilk, mixing just until combined.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese mixture, then add remaining batter and blueberries.
- Swirl gently with a knife. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing.

- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- You can add a lemon glaze for extra sweetness.
