- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken pieces with 2 tablespoons of sweet chili sauce until well coated.
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the air fryer and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until crispy and cooked through.
- Serve chicken topped with extra sweet chili sauce and alongside Brussels sprouts.
Notes
Adjust cooking time based on the size of chicken pieces. For spicier flavor, add chili flakes to the Brussels sprouts before cooking.
